I am credentialed
through the International Coaching Federation and became certified as
a coach in 1997 through the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, Washington,
where I am currently on staff as a course facilitator and mentor coach.
For the
past five years I have been a business, leadership and life coach to
small business owners, professionals and groups.
Prior
to that my focus was on teambuilding and strategic planning for non-profits.
My corporate career of 15 years included work as a corporate human resource
liaison, where I was a catalyst for change working with top management,
managers and employees. In that position I designed and delivered employee
orientation programs and benefits communication, and conducted corporate
employee attitude surveys.
I have
worked in health care, banking and manufacturing.
